To Our Canadian Friends,
As you may already be aware, as of September 25th, 2025, the Canadian Union of Postal Workers has gone on strike. No new mail is being processed, and packages sent via Canada Post already in transit will remain where they are until the strike is resolved. There is currently no anticipated timeline for when that resolution may happen.
This means that any orders that have been placed or shipped out with USPS as the shipping option in the last month or so will likely encounter delays getting to their final destination, as Canada Post receives those orders once they cross the border. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about any orders bound for Canada that have already left our office.
For the time being, the USPS is still accepting packages to Canada and entrusting them to Canada Post, and Canada Post will process shipments in the order they were received once the strike is resolved. As a result, once orders destined for Canada leave our warehouse, we will not be able to offer any order updates as we normally would. If your order hasn’t shipped and you’d like to see if there are alternate shipping options available, please contact our customer service team at support@sanshee.com. PLEASE BE AWARE: Alternate shipping options may incur increased costs or additional import duties that are out of our control.
Please also be advised that even when the strike ends and packages begin moving once again, it will likely take some time before Canada Post’s processing and delivery return to normal. We will be watching this situation closely and will provide updates as they are available to us. Until then, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding as the situation continues to evolve.
